CSLU Speech Synthesis Research Group

In Summer 1998, Karin Mueller and Bettina Sauberlich of the Institute of Natural Language Processing, University of Stuttgart and Horst Meyer of the Institute of Communication Research and Phonetics (IKP) at the University of Bonn developed the OGIgerman synthesizer, with primary support from CSLU. Tools and expertise were provided by Fluent Speech Technologies.
