Speech View - Wave and Label EditorSpeech View is distributed as part of the CSLU Toolkit. It allows one to easily view spectrograms, edit wave files, adjust labels, view pitch contours, and more.
Wave format conversion
The speech files in the CSLU corpora are distributed as NIST formated files. Most tools on both Unix and Windows environments can read these file formats but some Windows software requires that the files be in RIFF (Windows) format. This tool will convert a NIST file to a RIFF file. It has been tested on WindowsNT. It is part of the Edinburgh Speech Tools.
